Now we deal with the first case first. This type addition in the cosmetic surgeries are done in cases where there is the need to add something extra to the body. This type is again seen in the following types:

1. One of them is the protein collagens which are injected into the body through the surgeries, in order to give the lips a curvy, rounded and fleshy appearance.
2. Further division under this is the process involving the initiation of the enlargement of Breasts, in cases of women only. In this procedure, during the surgery there are certain implantations of saline made substances which help in the enhancement of the sizes of the cups of the breast.

These types of surgeries done on the breast are unpretentious, and are done with the prime motive to make the sunken or undeveloped breast some life. These policies are taken mainly by those high society women who are unfortunately suffering from such a problem.

Now in the second case some subtractions are done via the medium of these cosmetic surgeries. The most common procedure in this is the Liposuction, i.e. suction or removal of excess fats from some unwanted portion. This is a procedure which in the majority cases includes the draining away of the fats from the region of the areas of the abdomen and the gluteal region or the hip, where the amount of fat storage in the adipose tissues are the maximum, and finally to cut or move the fat away a particular Cannula is used for the purpose.
